ROSE’S MUSINGS
Sponsoring a Ugandan child through SOS is pretty cool because I get letters like the one I’m about to share! The girl I sponsor is ‘Rose’ and she’s about 6 or 7 years old. I’ve sent her stuff and she’s written me a few times…she doesn’t speak English hardly at all, but they say she is beginning to recognize my handwriting and light up when she’s sees a package or a letter from ‘Sam’.
Here is the most recent letter/Aerogramme I got from her (today)…there are about 4 different, unrelated colored drawings on the page too…Please enjoy the letter as much as I did!

ROSE GETS THE GOODS
The guys visited Rose and gave her the care package I sent with them. This picture is with Rose and another orphan who is translating the card for her. I wish I could’ve been there! I also wish I could figure out how to make these pictures bigger. Word Press is much better than Blogger…except the picture feature. Nonetheless, I don’t think Rose cares how big the photo is…she’s probably just stoked with her new dresses and crayons.

DEAR SWEET ROSE
This is Rose. She's kind and little and she's an orphan. I sponsor her and in addition to praying for her and writing her and sending her stuff, I hope to one day meet her. Mostly, I hope that she becomes a sincere and breathtaking follower of Christ.
